Equipment Function
The Rotary-Disc Grease Filling and Capping Machine is specially developed for the ultra-miniature bearings (OD<10mm). It integrates the following processes: surface recognition, flexibility detection, grease filling, grease detection, capping, and cap detection. Its rotary disc is equipped with bus servo control that can ensure positioning accuracy, whereas its caging station is also equipped with servo control that effectively reduces the deformation of workpiece, thereby greatly improving the yield rate of finished products. This machine boasts a compact structure, ease of debugging, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Equipment Characteristics
Surface Recognition: a camera automatically checks the orientation of steel ball, and a flipping gripper corrects the ball to proper orientation
Grease Filling: a camera automatically checks the positions and quantity of steel balls, and intercept defects
Grease Detection: a camera automatically checks whether the grease has been injected, and a weighing station is reserved
Capping: the servo drive, together with a spring-loaded mechanism, ensures that dust cover will be positioned accurately
Side Flipping: a flipping gripper flips the side of workpiece to prepare it for second-time processing
